Roush Fenway Makes Crew Chief Change
Written by Kyle Davis
Thursday, 18 February 2010 09:46

matt-kensethRoush Fenway Racing has announced veteran NASCAR crew chief Todd Parrott will take over as crew chief of the #17 driven by Matt Kenseth, effective immediately.

Parrott has recorded 29 wins in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, placing him third on the all-time win list of active crew chiefs. Parrott won the coveted Sprint Cup championship with Dale Jarrett in 1999.

The second generation crew chief takes over the role after Drew Blickensderfer, who has called the shots for Kenseth since the beginning of the 2009 season, was relocated to Roush Fenway's research and development program.
