Matt Crafton Takes Texas Truck Series Pole

matt-craftonMatt Crafton claimed his first pole of the 2010 season in qualifying for Friday night's WinStar World Casino 350K at Texas Motor Speedway. Crafton circled the 1.5-mile high-banked oval at 180.216 mph to edge Elliott Sadler for the top starting spot.

 

Sadler lines up on the outside of the front row after recording a lap of 179.904 mph in the No. 2 KHI Chevrolet Siverado. Kyle Busch qualified third, followed by Ron Hornaday, Jr. and series point leader Todd Bodine.

 

 

Austin Dillon, Johnny Sauter, Miguel Paludo, Johanna Long and Bobby Hamilton, Jr. complete the top-10.

 

Chris Lafferty did not make the field.

 

The WinStar World Casino 350K will be broadcast live on SPEED beginning at 8:30 pm ET Friday, November, 5.
